Morgaine Tempest Fambrough

A collection of works I created from 2013 to present.

I am the byproduct of a prescription generation that emerged out of the 1980s to early 90s. I was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 6, since then I have been prescribed various amphetamines. Medications have become my vice. I find comfort in taking colorful pills that post – pone my inner self to any sickness that comes my way. Pills have become an opportunity to control the negative in my environment.

My work investigates my vice and the vices of American society by presenting overwhelming patterns to environments that invite and normalize the sin of giving in.
